Please avoid strenuous exercise on the day of the treatment.
For optimal results, drink 4 glasses of water immediately after the procedure, 1 liter of water on the day of the treatment, and 1 liter the following day.
Any temporary pressure marks from the Triple Body tip will disappear within 1 - 2 hours.
You may experience muscle soreness, which can last for a day or two.
Avoid consuming high-calorie foods within 2 hours after the procedure.
Refrain from alcohol, smoking, saunas, hot baths, swimming, and intense exercise for one week after the treatment.
